" Help for my Apple lovin brother"

My brother asked me if there was a way to build a computer, just barebones, that would support several drives, as many as 6-8, to network with his Apple G5..He said he would need firewire if possible. What kind of power supply would he need? And which motherboard would be best suited for it, also what OS? He's a graphic artist, so he sometimes works with huge files. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated..
Lilli

He probably doesn't need a PC, just an external drive cabinet. If he did have another PC that ran a version of Windows or Linux, he would have issues with how to set up communications between the Mac and the PC. I think any Windows server version supports Appletalk, he could also use FTP.

The best solution would probably be something like this:

It is made to work with a Mac, and there won't be any hassle with building or configuring it.
