"Hp Printer won't work in Windows XP"


          

I have been trying to get my Deskjet 932c to work in Windows XP. I have gone and checked this box and that box and tried installing new drivers. The best I can do is get it to print once and then it just seems to go dead again. Help

USB or Parallel? My USB 970c works even without drivers.

go here http://www.hp.com/cgi-bin/cposupport/swindex.pl?p=hpdeskjet919034&l=en&c=MicrosoftWindowsXP and install the drivers.
it should work fine. if you instlled the software for not xp then unintstall it first
