Hi Folks -

I have an Intel Core 2 Quad Q9650 processor on a Gigabyte GA-EP35-DS3R motherboard with W7 64 bit OS. I have 2 OCZ SSDs. How do I tell if the TRIM command is enabled? TIA.

Eric

Thanks Mark. My BIOS SATA controller was set to IDE. It was running for quite a few months in IDE mode. Did this shorten the life of the drive or do any permanent damage?

My un-authoritative opinion is no. I think that it just affected the performance.
