I suggested a friend purchase Malware Bytes after being infected. After the trial period, he went through the prompts and got hung up on confirming the installation of the payed for product. Many chats only provided a computer response. He was very frustrated, he tried to find phone number to call but non existed. He stopped the Amex card purchase and requested I remove the app which I did.
Has anyone else had an issue with this company?
