"Where's Jason?"

Error Message when I attempt to access PCQandA:

Quote:
Your connection isn't private
Attackers might be trying to steal your information from pcqanda.com (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards).
NET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID

This server could not prove that it is pcqanda.com; its security certificate expired 4 days ago. This may be caused by a misconfiguration or an attacker intercepting your connection. Your computer's clock is currently set to Sunday, January 22, 2023. Does that look right? If not, you should correct your system's clock and then refresh this page.

Is this an unofficial notification of the pending demise of PCQandA, or just an oversight?

Jim.

I think the message appears when using https://www...(secure) instead of http://www...(insecure)
So it does look like the security certificate is out of date and needs renewing.

BTW, Whois states that the domain doesn't expire until 2023-09-22.
"Registrar Registration Expiration Date: 2023-09-22T13:45:37Z"

It accepts https:// now.
Also just www.pcqanda.com... gets directed to https://

EDIT:
Correction: www.pcqanda.com is NOT being directed to https://...

The plot thickens.
I've found that it depends on the browser as well.
Some browsers will direct www.pcqandaman.com to https://...
others won't.

Use an add-on/extension, or enable native support for HTTPS.
