Thanks very much @therube, interesting read. However, IBDisease usually refers to Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis which are more serious conditions. I have IBSyndrome which currently affects 10-15 percent of the population. My main symptom is the need to rush to the loo and not being able to predict when this occurs. So you can imagine this is very inconvenient to say the least! This for me limits when and where I can go in my every day life.
