Hi Dubber, I've been trying all this week to join but can't. Nothing happens when I click the Join This Team button. I've tried this forum and the UD forum for help with no luck. I've now contacted UD Support by email, they have acknowledged it but have not answered the query yet. I'll post the answer when I get it in case other people are having the same problem.

I joined following the links from the home page. Sometimes you never know when approaching from a different angle will work.

This doesn't take any stuff from your computer right? (I read their privacy statement and how it works and stuff, but I need user input) I don't normally like something sending info when i'm not around or in the background, but this is for a good cause and would like to join. Just wondering if there were any known issues with this. If there is, then that's very sad, that they would do that (though I can't imagine that happening with all these companies).

When I saw how many computer-savvy people at this site were using the program, I trusted their judgement. I seriously doubt any of these folks would use it if it was dumping on them in any way.
Besides, I can't imagine a site like that would compromise their support by taking a risk like that.
