My downloaded pictures has started only giving me BMP as a save option. When this happened in Win 98 you solved it for me by having me empty the temp internet files. Now when I search and locate the files I get a warning that deleteing them might foul up my system as the 'dat" files are used to run things. What can I safely delete. When on 98.2 I dumped them all.Now I am warned not to.How can I safely do the job in WinXP home?.TI

Programs, accessories, system tools, disk clean-up, check tempory internet files. Give this a try.

Thank you Johnny,They are the same files I had found when I got the warning.Since I had dumped all of temp internet files in 98 with no problems, I did it this time.No system problems in anything I tried .Your answer will make it easy for me to locate and dump them in the future. Thanks again
