When I open the attachment a window opens titled"Windows Picture and Fax Viewer".In the center of that window is "No Preview Available" Does this imfo help?
I was researching car prices about the same time .That's the best I can guess why I put mpg in the last line.I turned 82 on May 31st so I guess I can get away with claiming:" A senior moment"

Are you able to save them to the hard drive and then open them?

Depending on where you're traveling,I suppose bad mpg(miles per gallon),could leave you "lost".

Save your attachment to the desktop or somewhere like My Documents. Open up Microsoft Paint.

BMP files will open fine with Paint.

mpg is the extension for an MPEG file (Motion Pictures Experts Group).

It's a compressed motion video clip.

Thanks Shelly,That sounds a hell of a lot better than my excuse.

After looking at all the slogans and wise quotes at the bottom of the remarks here, I've been trying to think of one I could use. Here is one I found on the wall over the urinal in a bar in Boulder,Colorado in 1981.
GRAVITY EXISTS BECAUSE THE EARTH SUCKS
I,m too much of an optomist to use it.But then it makes about as much sense as some of the global warming model

Need a quote? I have lots of them. How about

"There is a need for no more than five computers in the world"
-Thomas Watson CEO of IBM in 1940's

Or

"Everything that can be invented, has been invented"
-Charles Buel Commissioner, US Patent Office 1896
